These Terms govern your use of the CoreyAI platform at coreyai.ai, including the API, community features, AI Disaster Olympics, and all related services (“Service”), operated by Corey McIvor trading as ZYNTHIO™ (ABN 31 314 627 918).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ZYNTHIO™ professional remediation services are governed by individual Statements of Work (SOW), not these Terms. If conflict exists between these Terms and a signed SOW, the SOW prevails.
1. Accounts and Registration
Provide accurate, current information when creating an account.
You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old.
One person or entity per account.

Rate limits enforced per tier. Exceeding = throttled (HTTP 429), not charged.
We may adjust tier features with 30 days’ notice.
All prices in AUD, may be subject to GST.
3. Payment and Billing
Paid subscriptions billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
Non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Cancel any time. Access continues to end of billing period.
We do not store credit card information.
After 3 failed payment attempts, subscription may be suspended.
4. Community Contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit.
By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for operating the Service, evidence database, and anonymised research.
Do not submit defamatory, fraudulent, or IP-infringing content.
We may remove content that violates these Terms.
5. Bot Channels (Discord, Telegram)
Our bots (@zyn on Discord, @zynthiobot on Telegram) are part of the Service.
Messages sent to bots may be processed and stored.
We are not responsible for Discord or Telegram’s terms or availability.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts.
Scrape or bulk-download beyond your API tier limits.
Resell or sublicence API access without written permission.
Submit deliberately false incident reports.
Harass, abuse, or threaten others.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service.
Use automated tools to create accounts or circumvent rate limits.
7. Intellectual Property
Our IP: CoreyAI platform, evidence methodology (EG-2026 system), scoring systems, API design, and documentation. ZYNTHIO is a registered trademark (TM 2619731).
Your IP: You retain ownership of your submissions.
Open data: Evidence database incorporates public sources with their own licences.
API output: May be used in your reports with attribution to CoreyAI.
8. Disclaimers
IMPORTANT:
The Service provides information and tools. It does not constitute legal advice, regulatory guidance, or compliance certification.
We reference frameworks (NIST, OWASP, ISO 42001, MAESTRO, EU AI Act, OECD). This does not constitute or imply compliance.
Data is provided “as is” based on available sources. We do not warrant completeness or accuracy of all data.
You are responsible for your own compliance decisions. Consult qualified professionals.
9. Limitation of Liability
Service provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
Total liability limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Australian law, including ACL.
10. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Not liable for third-party downtime (Stripe, Cloudflare, AWS, Discord, Telegram) or force majeure.
11. Termination
By you: Cancel any time.
By us: Suspend or terminate for breach, with notice where practicable.
Effect: Request data export within 30 days of termination.
Survival: IP, Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law survive termination.
